How Long Will It Take to Get My Order?

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-4 business days to process your order(s). Delivery in transit is dependent on shipping destination and shipping carrier. Tracking numbers will be given once your order has been shipped and will provide a more accurate estimate when you will receive your order.

How Can I Track My Order?

For your convenience, you may use our built-in tracking system located at the top of our navigation menu and simply input your tracking number that is provided in your shipping confirmation.

Where Do I Enter My Discount/Gift Card Code?

Upon completing your order, you will be asked during checkout to please apply all necessary discounts and/or giftcards to your order. Expired discount/giftcard codes will not be valid once the sales timer has ended.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

Our shipping and handling is dependent on and with the wholesale carrier of each specific product.

Do You Ship Internationally? If So, How Come I Do Not See That Option?

In the event you do not see international shipping, that product(s) will unfortunately not have international shipping. We apologies for any inconvenience.

I Just Ordered Your Product. Does It Come With A Warranty?

Yes. Our product comes with a 1 year warranty that covers manufacturer defects and damages. Any criteria that is met, we will send you the exact item you purchased free of charge! Please note, once your warranty has been used, you may purchase another warranty for the item we send you for the exact price of your original purchase.

How Many Times Can You Claim Your Warranty On The Product I Just Ordered?

The warranty for our eligible can only be claimed once for the same identical product. We will send you one free of charge as soon as we receive and verify that your product no longer works, defective, or damaged.

How Soon Can I Use My Warranty? And Does It Expire?

You may claim your warranty as soon as you receive your item. Yes, the expiration date on your item is 12 months and is actively valid from the date of purchase. Please provide a form of receipt or a proof of purchase before you return your defected item.
